Privacy Policy

Earnable ("Earnable," "we," "us," or "our") provides a salary-intelligence and career app (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this Policy. Information we collect

**Account information.** When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and (if you choose phone sign-in) your phone number. We support sign-in with Apple, Google, and LinkedIn; when you use those, we receive basic profile information from that provider.

**Career & salary information you provide.** Job title, industry, experience level, location, current salary/compensation, and similar inputs you enter to generate your salary insights and dashboard.

**Resume content.** If you choose to use the Resume Coach, the text of the resume you upload is processed to generate feedback (see "AI processing" below). We do not require you to upload a resume.

**Subscription & purchase information.** When you subscribe, the purchase is processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status and transaction identifiers. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

**Usage & device information.** Basic app usage (e.g., features used, missions completed), app version, device type, and operating system, used to operate and improve the App.

How we use your information

- Provide your salary analysis, dashboard, missions, and resume feedback.

- Create and manage your account and subscription.

- Personalize your experience and recommendations.

- Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.

- Communicate with you about your account or the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing of resumes

When you use the Resume Coach, the text extracted from your uploaded resume is sent to our AI provider, Google (Gemini API), to generate the feedback you see. This processing is performed to deliver the feature you requested. We do not retain the resume file or its text on our servers after generating your feedback, and Google processes it under its own terms. Please avoid including information in your resume that you do not want processed by a third-party AI service.

How your information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us run the App, including:

**Google Firebase** (Google LLC) — authentication and database.

**Google Gemini API** (Google LLC) — AI analysis of resume text.

**RevenueCat** — subscription management.

**Apple** — App Store payment processing and subscription billing.

These providers may process your information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Data retention & your choices

**Account deletion.** You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the App. Deleting your account removes your profile data from our systems.

- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store account settings.

- You may contact us at [support@getearnable.com] to request access to or deletion of your personal information.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [support@getearnable.com].

International users

We are based in Florida, USA. If you use the App from outside that region, your information may be transferred to and processed there and in other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
